My friends say I have quite an eccentric personality. That is probably why I bought this blue Affazy seersucker suit right at the moment when I saw it online. It just struck me as very unique. You would not normally see somebody walking around in suits that look like this, not in the same print, color or style. However, I value uniqueness and thought this suit was an exquisite find.
The suit has two main pieces: the jacket and the pants. The jacket and the pants come in the same print, color, and material. The material is a polyester and cotton blend which gives the suit a certain level of breathability and lightness; this makes it very comfortable to wear even on sunny days. It has blue and white, very narrow, vertical stripes that make you look taller when you wear them (great for the vertically challenged!). The jacket has side vents and two buttons in front. I was a bit disappointed that the sleeves of the jacket did not have working button holes. However, since the jacket fit me very nicely, I was able to overlook the non-working button holes.
The pants seemed to have a drop of a little less than six inches which was perfect for me. I usually have to take suits to the tailor just to get the pant’s drop adjusted. There is also a single pleat running along the suit’s pants which I thought was quite nice.
Both the pants and the suit have a classic and somewhat loose fit. I would suggest that you get a slightly smaller size if you prefer a firmer fit with this suit. The jacket does not have a full canvas front so it is mildly less structured than those with a full canvas front. I do not find this to be an issue because I tend to move a lot and I find that a full canvas front can be too stiff sometimes.
I really think it fits multiple occasions. The suit looks very elegant in real life. I have actually worn this suit to a bat mitzvah, a wedding and a graduation do already. A few complements did come my way, generally on my unique sense of style (a little vain of me to mention this? I hope not!) but also on this particular suit.
I’m going to take this one step further and say that I have found it to be a great conversation starter especially with women ;). Imagine being in a crowd of fifty or more people and being the only one who is NOT wearing a boring old black, navy, brown, or grey suit. Believe me when I say that this is the perfect suit for you if you want to get noticed. If you want to buy the Affazy Blue Seersucker Suit, Amazon has some great discounts on. Check it out here.
